We Offer a Range of Services to Meet Your Needs

Chimney

We do chimney flashing a type of roof flashing that creates a waterproof seal to protect your chimney and roof from water damage and penetration. Essentially, chimney flashing functions as weather stripping for your chimney and is made up of three major parts: step flashing, counter flashing—also called cap flashing—and base flashing.

Step flashing is an L-shaped piece of metal that lies under the roofing shingles and along the brick of your masonry chimney.

Counter or cap flashing is also an L-shaped metal piece, but it is designed to cover the step flashing and embedded into a groove cut in the chimney brickwork.

Roof Construction

Ice and Water Shield

Help protect your home and roof system from wind-driven rain and damaging dams.

Helps prevent leaks at the most vulnerable areas of your roof.

Reduces the risk of costly repairs due to wall or ceiling staining from leaks

Meets most code requirements where local building codes require the use of leak barriers.

Drip Edge

Drip edge is metal flashing installed at the edges of the roof to keep water away from your fascia and from getting underneath your roofing components. If your roof doesn’t have drip edge, water gets behind your gutters and rots out both your fascia board and roof decking.

Ridge Vent

A ridge vent is an air exhaust vent installed on the peak of a roof. When installing this vent, an air slot is first cut in the roof deck at the roof's peak. This air slot is then covered by the ridge vent itself. They help to provide continuous, uniform exhaust ventilation at the highest portion of the attic and are designed to help resist wind-driven rain and snow, as well as insect and debris infiltration.

Metal Roof

A metal roof is a roofing system made from metal pieces or tiles characterized by its high resistance, impermeability and longevity. It is a component of the building envelope. Zinc, copper and steel alloys are commonly used.
